You sent a vest when I wasn't even home. I'm not super impressed...your boss talked to me and the order still went like crap. $800 crap. It will work but I'm pretty convinced your just a mail order outfit that doesn't even see the product with their own eyes. Stop trying to act like you make the armor...you literally take an order and some other company sends an order to your house. I wanted to order a helmet but after the vest experience I think I'm good. You don't inspire confidence.

Problem was resolved and my item delivered while I was out of town. Customer service was quick to update me on the status of my item.
