Quick delivery, good packaging. The capris are comfortable, fit well, and the pockets are great! The quality is excellent and they wash and dry beautifully. After I got my first pair, I ordered four more in different colors. Love them!

I have to say I am concerned about this…
I have to say I am concerned about this company. They say they are California based, which is a lie. In tracking my products shipping, some were coming in internationally and some from Las Vegas and some from California. When you write to customer service, the replies are in English and Chinese. So I don’t appreciate being mislead. There is no way to review their products on their website. With all that said, I love their products! I’ve ordered shorts and skirts and they are wonderfully comfortable and fit great!

So sorry for the unpleasantness.
Our headquarter is located in China, and we cooperate with several warehouses in America, that is why the items are shipped from different places within America.
Regarding the items coming from China, it is the exchange order you selected, but it was out of stock, so we arranged it for you from the manufacturer directly.
Most of the items would be shipped within America unless some of them are out of stock.
Based on this comment, I will check with the manager to see if we can add a note on the listing or notify the buyer about the shipping address while checking out to avoid the long wait.
As a seller, we know we have a lot of space for improvement, your opinion is highly appreciated.

Clothes? Five Stars. Returns? Terrible Experience
Let me start by saying the clothes are great, just don't try to return anything. After threatening, endless emails, a botched return with only partial credit, it finally got resolved. Let me repeat, it was resolved and I got my money back. BUT...it was endlessly frustrating, took too much of my time, and has me gun shy from ever ordering from them again. You can get some of their items on Amazon, but not all. At least on Amazon you don't have to live in fear of being ripped off. Returns should never be this hard. They broke my trust. Because their clothes are quite nice IMO, this review would be five stars, but this kind of return experience just does not cut it in today's world.
Updated: Bayleaf's reply here does two things:
1. Tries to imply I'm not a customer since they can't find my Trustpilot ID in their system. Of course they can't. It's absurd that Trustpilot ID would be the same ID as a customer ordering with a cc and using a legit shipping address. For the record, my order numbers were Bayleaf #117774; Bayleaf #112627.
2. They go on to reiterate the return policy. Yes, that is correct. But it was the endless process, the lack of being able to reach anyone, the returns that went unanswered with no idea when money would be returned - that's the issue, not the policy itself.

2.since I cannot find your order, I provided you with the link to the return center so that you can submit a return request by yourself then we can approve it in a timely manner.
3.Now I have found the 2 orders you mentioned in the latest review, and the timeline shows we have provided you with 3 return labels 3 times via email, dates on 12/23, 12/26, and 12/26 through 3 agents.
The emails might be blocked.

Terrible return
Terrible return. I can't get acknowledged to return an item. I have tried 7 times. The return page is an endless loop. Golf dress waist is 5 inches too high. Very weird. Finally, after waiting for days, I received my return label. I immediately received credit on my account
