I Made a mistake in my sizing - they corrected the order before shipping without causing me any headache!!!

The jacket was thinner than I was expecting, but it was exactly what I needed when traveling in warmer climates. It packed easily. I was very happy with it.

The capri is perfect! Perfect fit, I love the soft fabric, no wrinkles. Pockets are great .

It takes quite a long time to receive your order. I received the wrong size and then it had to be ordered again which took more time.

It took weeks for the item to be received...too slow a turnaround. Also, the e-mails did not have updated information on when to expect delivery.

Arjay responded to my concerns within an hour of receiving my email.

I thoroughly appreciate how responsive Baleaf is to my emails.
