Love the Baleaf products

The customer service is great. The product was not true to US sizes. The pants run small especially through the hips but larger through the waist. It's difficult to get a consistent fit.

I had a return for a size exchange an at first I wasn’t sure where to find information for that. But I emailed and it was answered right away n my issue was resolved quickly. Thank you so very much. I like this company

I received the 20 inch skort in navy blue. The fit was spot on, the material was soft, stretchy and very comfortable. I loved the side pockets for playing tennis or even for your keys, Kleenex, etc.

I ordered 3 items. The quality seems fine, but I wanted to send one item back. What a hassle! I have been emailing them since Oct 5 to get a return authorization (or whatever is needed from them). Today is Oct 27 and the screen still says that it is pending (to send me the info on where to return...not the return itself). So - I wouldn't order from this company again b/c it is so difficult to complete the return. If you are going to be an online company, you MUST get returns organized. **UPDATE** After much back and forth, the refund was given, which I appreciate (Dec 13/23)
