Product is good but I ordered 5" shorts and they are much longer than the numerous other 5" I have. The are closer to 7"

The pants are no longer smooth after two washes. Tiny wooly balls are developing all over the pants. You say your reaching out to me in regards to this. I have not heard a thing from you.

Though my package was late, the staff of Baleaf made a lot of effort for me to receive it. I was not expecting this very quick. Thank you so much to everyone. Happy New Year to all. It was nice doing business with you all.

Ordered online via website rather than through Amazon store. Items that arrived were extremely low quality and poor fit. When contacted to arrange return refund as per their policy they refused and tried to offer 20% then 50%. I then initiated a PayPal case and they told me they would only give me a refund if I cancelled it however it can’t be reopened if I do that. Extremely sketchy business practices here. I refused to close it until they refunded so they stopped replying. PayPal found against them and I was refunded.
