Hi Emily, we’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced — this is absolutely not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have. We completely understand how upsetting this has been, especially with the delay and lack of clear communication. We’ve followed up again with our finance team and learned that there was a delay in processing your refund, which was originally scheduled for June 6, 2025. They’re actively working to resolve the issue, and we can now confirm that your refund is set to be processed this coming Friday, June 20, 2025. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the trouble you’ve had to go through. Thank you for your patience, and again, we’re very sorry for how this was handled. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.
