Ridiculous company ordered since 9/10 for my birthday, it’s 9/24 and still no package. Birthday was 9/23. No movement for 2 days according to tracking. Never again!!!

I have not received the product yet but the min I place my order I was contacted by Ashley a customer service rep Thanking me for placing an order. she is my point of contact. It made me feel super special that my order was recognized enough to reach out… Thank you Ashley

Update to my previous review! Customer service was great during order process however now that they have the order. Their response to shipment update and delivery times is not good at all.
