Hi there, thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in our product description and order confirmation, our wigs are handmade and require styling to achieve the desired style and shape (similar to the model photo). we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u. But wig will be squeezed during transportation, so the hairstyle was a little messed up or missed. Because before we shipped the hair, we will ask the hairstylist to trim a little bit, then maybe they did not clean out, it is not the shedding of the hair itself. Before you install, u can wash it . and we will pay more attention to this problem next time. Wish you will give us another chance! Thanks!

Hi dear, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. Hi dear, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we customized the small wig cap for you and added a drawstring inside. if it is still too big for you, you pull the string more to make the wig cap smaller. Hi dear sorry for the inconvenience caused because before we shipped the hair, we will ask the hairstylist to trim a little bit then maybe they did not clean out, it is not the shedding of the hair itself before you install, u can wash it and pls do not grab the hair when you wash it. and we will pay more attention to this problem next time we will apply the best price for you in  your future order could you pls try it?
