BaisiwigReviews of baisiwig.com

I am about to have Baisi do a customization wig for me. Considering the fact I have purchased a number of wigs from them and been pleased… I look forward to the stylist taking inconsideration my thoughts on the color and trimming of this new wig. Not to mention reasonably priced. Thanks. Baisai!!!

I brought some hair online but isn't exactly what I saw that was delivered to me have been contacting them for the past two days no one is responding to me i just want to know if this is a scam app

I ordered 2 wigs from this company in one order.. It arrived almost 3 weeks later.. I never opened then package because not only was it late it was crushed as well.. So when reaching out to them to return them, I was being given the option to keep the wigs and get a discount on the next order.. This was not what I wanted, I wanted a refund because I had know intentions on ordering again.. After a week in 1/2 of trying to get a correct address to return it because I was trying to honor their 30 day refund policy I sent it back UPS and provided them with the tracking number. Well then I received a different address to sent it back to.. At this point I’m furious and told Ashley it had been shipped back.. She actually wanted me to contact UPS to have it delivered back to me and then ship it back to the address she finally provided.. Package was delivered to the address on my delivery slip anyway.. So now I’m being offered $30 out of $224.80 as a refund.. No I want my money back, This company is a rip off and they try to manipulate you into keeping the wigs.. I’ve been back and forth with them.. To the point where I’m filing a fraudulent claim against them.. When all I wanted was my full refund… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM…!!! If you have to return a wig DO NOT RETURN UNLESS YOU GET A ADDRESS FROM THEM.. Not the one on your shipping label.. This is part of the scam of making it seems if though you didn’t follow their return policy… SO WHO ARE THE VENDORS THATS ON THE DELIVERY SHIPPING LABEL…??? If I have to return it to China…I ordered 8/31/26 and still trying to get my refund..

The representative reached out to a few times to make the customization I requested was correct. I really appreciated the service. I'm looking forward to receiving my toppers.

The customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful especially with me being a new customer.

Someone from the company took the time to contact me and asked me my color preference. This really made a big impression and it let me know that I am appreciated as a customer.

Good experience, prompt and professional service. Love the hair delivered from this company

I love the quality of the hair the clips are easy to clip in, even if your hair is really short. I order a 4/27 curly topper it’s on the reddish side I preferred a little more 1b to be mixed in but it’s still cute. Just ordered another one in another style because the quality of this one is good
