I keep ordering new units because the quality, color, and great customer service service.
I keep ordering new units because the quality is excellent. The color is amazingly beautiful, and the customer service is exceptional. They chat with me to make sure every detail is to my specifications.

Great Wig and GREAT customer service!
Although it took a little longer to receive than I expected, the wig is fabulous and worth the wait! Customer service is excellent, reaching out through WhatsApp to make sure everything was good. Price was unbelievably lower than most wig companies with great fit and style.

The wig is nothing like advertised and…
The wig is nothing like advertised and I'm having a hard time trying to return the wig. I keep emailing asking for a return label First they tell me to keep it and the next time I order I can get a discount, why would I order again if I'm not satisfied the first time and now they are telling me to keep the wig and they will give me a partial refund. . I expected a wig I could unpackage and put on and wear, not a horse hair wig shedding all over the place.

Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. This company has extremely poor…
This company has extremely poor customer service. I purchased a hair topper in August I just received it in September. I was told it could be customized. But when I received the topper it was a completely different one I ordered. When I contacted customer service they have ignored my request for exchange by asking the same questions over again, like send pictures of the wrong topper, the correct topper & the inside. I would not recommend purchasing from this company which is out of China.
