The advertised wig which was actually the models hair was not the wig that I received. They offered me the option to send the wig back to China or some other country even though I received the item in from the US. Then they only offered me a $35 refund, and I spent $120 for the wig. Needless to say, the quality was very poor, what the website posted and what I received were definitely not the same and I never received the agreed upon refund of $35; they stopped responding to my refund requests. I have yet to receive any money back.

SCAM ALERT!!! If there's an option not to select a star, I would go with that option, but I have to select something. Baisiwig lures you in with "easy returns," then traps you once they have your money In my experience and dealings with Baisi Wig, they are a "SCAM". Here is exactly how they did it to me, word for word from our WhatsApp chat. I'd already heard they don't honor returns, so before paying a cent I asked them point blank. Their rep, "Ashley," promised me: "we accept to return within 30 days… pls feel free to order." She told me to pick a "Free Shipping + Return Label" option at checkout. That option didn't exist on my checkout page. I sent them a screenshot right after ordering. Their answer was to pay $20 more. When I refused, they promised: "ok dear… we fix it now." Minutes later, they started pushing me to post a 5-star Trustpilot review. My wigs hadn't even shipped. They asked three times. Remember that the next time you read their glowing reviews. The wigs arrived crammed into a box with nothing holding their shape. It also had an awful smell that just wouldn't go away. When I asked to return them, every promise vanished: "30-day returns" suddenly meant shipping the wigs myself to a warehouse in Guangzhou, China, at a cost of $30–$50. My refund would take "over 30 days" after they got the package back. The return label they promised to "fix"? "Because you do not pay for the return label, we do not have it for you." They hid every one of these conditions until they had my money. Then they used them as leverage. The "full refund" they offered would have cost me so much in shipping and waiting that it was worthless, which I believe was the point. They haggled with me like a market stall: $40, then $45, then $55. Half of what I paid was "too high for us." I had no real way out, so I was forced to accept $55 back on a $252.80 order. That's $197.80 lost on wigs I was promised I could return. Then they demanded I confirm there would be "no further complaints or disputes, or which I told them that they do not have any control over what I do afterwards. This is how it works: promise easy returns, collect your money, and once you're stuck, make returns so expensive that you give up and take scraps. Don't fall for it! Don't believe the "30-day returns." Don't trust their 5-star reviews. I have the full time-stamped WhatsApp conversation to back up every word above. Next stop, I am going to BBB and will put in an FTC report, so others don't fall prey to Baisiwig. I had to trash the wigs as I can't even phantom placing something with that terrible smell on my head:- ) CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!

I ordered a topper and paid for a return label. When I received the topper, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. They did not send the return label that I paid for, so I had to contact them. Before they would send the return label. I had to take photos of me wearing the topper. FOR WHAT?? If I don’t like the topper, I should be able to return it. The topper had never been worn. After numerous emails of getting nowhere, I just told them to refund me the $3.99 for the shipping label. They didn’t want to do that! Needless to say, it was a waste of money, and the topper went in the trash where it belonged. This company is fraudulent, and they are scammers!! BEWARE…DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They should not be able to do business in the US.

Finally got two wigs after a 37 day process. Wigs look nothing like the pictures online. They shed, color is off and I did not ask for a lace front. Tread carefully when ordering from this company. Not worth the hassle or the longgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg wait!!!!!!! I sincerely do not recommend!!!!!
