The hair is okay but it does shed a lot. Also, the hairstyle does not match the one on the advertisement. Shipping was pretty good though.

I have been ordering hair from Baisi…
I have been ordering hair from Baisi for over three years and haven’t used a different hair supplier ever since. It’s excellent quality, the hair is always delivered thick and full. Takes well to dye also and doesn’t shed. I always receive compliments when I’m wearing Baisi hair xx

First and last time I will do business…
First and last time I will do business with them. I canceled my order 5 mins after I ordered it after I seen the turnaround time to get it delivered. They completely ignored my cancelation sent it anyway and ignored every email after the shipped it. When I finally had communication about that situation they told me to sell it to someone else. I had to pay my own money to send it back. Buyer beware

Dear friend, we are really sorry that you are not satisfied with us. We arrange warehouse delivery immediately after receiving your order. We only saw the message that you need to cancel the order after delivery. Really sorry to bring you an unhappy shopping experience. We will give you a bigger discount in the future, hope you can give us another chance. Thank you.
