Wonderful customer service, great bag!
These are the nicest people to deal with. With dealing with supply chain issues during this pandemic, orders were delayed so I got my bag well after I requested it; however, they were beyond understanding, returned my express shipment fee, provided me with a coupon for future use and kept me apprised of the situation throughout. And when I finally did get the bag, it was worth the wait. It's gorgeous and so very well made. I'd definitely recommend these folks.
