Nice bag, decent shipping
Considering the bags ship from China, the delivery time was pretty good. The bag is very nice, good quality, nice stitching, nice leather. I'll probably order from them again if they get in some bags that are similar to the one I ordered, but in a larger size

Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased a clutch purse for an upcoming wedding. As the wedding free near I became concerned the purse would not arrive in time. I contacted customer service and the rep responded immediately with helpful tracking information. I appreciated their responsiveness. The purse arrived shortly thereafter and it was as described, exactly what I wanted. Jane

My wife LOVES her cat purse
My wife LOVES her cat purse. Customer service with this purchase was top notch. Even though the shipping delays were no fault of Baginning, the customer service representative was responsive throughout. I will definitley be making another purchase!
