Hi shawn, Really sorry for all the inconvenience. Sorry that we fail to receive your original message in our spam folder or our main inbox. Next time you can directly sent to our support email "[email protected]". Dear, we did ship your parcel by DHL, which is express shipping you choosed. The situation is more difficult with the Covid pandemic which might delay the shipping process to make the arrival 2 days later than delivery date as advertised. Now we would like to refund the shipping fee as compensation after your confirmation. We will pay more attention to the shipping problem in the future. Hopefully you're satisfied with it. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact with us. Keep safe and thanks! Best regards, Baginning
