I bought a couch about two years ago and the warranty. The couch still looks great but seat cushions have sunken down when setting on them. The warranty doesn't cover there bad workmanship just stains and rips. So I'm still setting on a couch the is uncomfortable and out of my warranty money.

Bought a leather sofa from Badcock. They pushed a warranty so I took it. The salesman said it covers everything. File a claim and read their response below. Unfortunately, cracking and peeling of leather is not covered under your extended service contract. Please review your contract, specifically the “What is not covered” section for further information. We apologize for the inconvenience; at this time, we have denied your claim.

I purchased a washer in May 2020 and was told by Tiffany the sale's person that there was a lifetime warranty and that I had nothing to worry about. She even started talking about the washer that she brought also. Once I received the washer I called back asking for the warranty and she told me that all I had to do was call Badcock when I needed the washer serviced because it was under my phone number at that point. I continued to ask her was she sure, and she stated to me on several occasions that all I needed to do was call Badcock and that was it. I called her on January 19th, 2022, to have my washer serviced and Tiffany told me that my warranty ended in May 2021. I reminded her that she told me that it was under a lifetime warranty, and she then said for me to call Maytag. May I remind you that I asked this person and was told it was a lifetime warranty and all I had to do was call. She's a liar, ill-bred, unprofessional fraud. I was misled by her she flat out lied just to get a sale. This isn't the first incident with her at Badcock, but it will be the last. Please stop selling furniture you can't deliver as told. I am not upset with the employee's of this store they simply want to sell furniture. However, this is the second time this has happened to me and it needs to me known before you place an order. On my first order a year ago, I ended up having to travel to Asheville and Waynesville to finally get my sectional and recliner off the floors after being told it would not be delivered as promised but would take months to receive. This week I ordered a table and chairs, was told there were 13 in stock and it was first come first served. So I ordered one of the 13 in stock and was told I could pick up on Friday. Today I get a call saying the 13 were already given out and that I would now have to wait until March. Now told It would be 3 months to wait on an order I was told I would have this Friday. It's just really poor business practice. First come is what I was told, my name should have been attached to one of the 13 available upon signing my contract! SInce this is the second time this has happened to me this seems to be the practice of Badcocks to sell on the promise of short-term and then call you to give you the bad news of having to wait for months to get what you ordered! Very unhappy with the business practice of Badcocks! I should also mention the 1.5 hour wait time on the phone just to speak to someone about the issue all while hearing how wonderful Badcocks is and how customer service is always first and foremost! I am disappointed with my experience!

Wrost customer service ever I spent over 3,000.00 but I was delivered damaged furniture! I asked for a $100.00 refund but there customer service manager Nancy refused to give me such a minimum refund I waited patiently for over 7 months for a resolution. I waited for 7 months for Nancy to contact me!! I have spent over 10,00 at Badcock Home furniture and more and I was treated like dirt!!

Total Nightmare. I get it, it's been hard to get things shipped. I have ordered from many other business's during this time including for furniture but at least they were HONEST and told me if and what the delay would be. And they kept their word. I never waited for more than 3 weeks for anything. Not this place. 1st off, they should have told me that even though I ordered in May and my delivery date was 1st week of June...that I wouldn't be getting my furniture till mid August! The manager has a chip on his shoulder. I also notice they slipped in an "insurance" charge for each item that I didn't ask for. I was p.o.'d with his attitude and just wanted to get out of the store, so I'm paying for that. We'll see what happens if I have to actually use it. When I would call to find out an update on the delivery, each time it was pushed back further with a "guestimate" date. The employees who answer the phone have a horrible customer service attitude saying "well, you waited this long, what's a little longer". Seriously? Save yourself a ton of aggravation, go somewhere else. They really don't have a good selection to choose from anyway. I would like to add...I finally PAID for someone with a trailer to go pick up 2 of my items that they had on the floor. I get a call within a couple of days of that "my order is in for my 3rd item." Are you kidding me?! AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR FULL DELIVERY!!! $140.00 for delivery charge, even though I picked up bulk of order and they only delivered ONE item. Beware! Shop elsewhere.

I was given a $4000 credit line at Badcock's,but only used half of it. I am do glad to say I paid my account in full today.Though the pricing for merchandise is a little steep compared to other furniture companies, the staff has been awesome at assisting me with everything that Ive needed. Thanks for everything you all

Bad., bought a king size mattress set, after search everywhere, we ended there and they offer us the best quality product they have for a reasonable price $1200.00 dls....goes bad, warranty rep come to the house and order a replacement;same thing a big hole in the middle..i sleep in a hole....all this in less than 2 years. Also they offer me "0 interest " if i open the acct...wrong ; 1st statement a regular credit card with 24% rate ! take note i have 780 credit score...so..i just pay off the darn thing and promise will never buy or recommend this store to anyone.
