Backwater ReptilesReviews of backwaterreptiles.com

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase the boas was in great condition and no parasites or ticks . I first ordered a ball python for my son and it went out of stock for other orders and I was contacted immediately by them and his second choice was about $20 dollars more and they gave me it as the same price, which made me happy, and I got them in about 18 hours and I live in West Virginia, if I had to buy again and I definitely will it will be with Backwater Reptiles, thanks for your service!!

My gecko came in at the time that was stated. She seems in perfect health, not to mention her markings and color have a stunning appearance!! Thank you so much for my beautiful gecko Kioko! Signed an excited 10 year old!

They are super communicative! I’ve had absolutely no issues with them! Will be purchasing from them again in the future!

THEY BULLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS TO SCARE YOU AWAY SO THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. They are hostile and antagonistic. I am currently working with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to receive refund/replacement for animals which arrived DOA. The company would not respond to my emails until I got the Better Business Bureau involved, and then the company claimed that I only emailed them once. They have been unprofessional and accusatory. It is not just poor customer service, it is NO customer service. They are hostile in their emailed responses to my polite and professional requests for refund/replacement. This is their strategy to avoid having to pay for their mistakes: THEY BULLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS TO SCARE YOU AWAY SO THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY.

I wouldn't even give a star.. I ordered yesterday before reading bad reviews.. I asked customer service if there was gonna be any issues.. they said since they thought I was gonna leave a bad review they refunded my money.. good thing I got that back.. if u call customer service it's goes straight to a VM that is full. THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR BAD REVIEWS..

Awesome company. Have ordered twice and have had no issues. Will be ordering again.

Orderd about 1k worth of frogs and such. Uromastyx. Geckos. Ect. Correspondence was great. Shipping was a little delayed. But I was notified. Animals are all alive and happy. And healthy so far. Will be ordering again. Also guys. They PRE AUTH at purchase. Then it's released. then when they ship they charge your card upon delivery. At least how mine went. So there's people claiming they stole their money. I think you guys just have poor financial awareness and spent money you didn't have because you thought it took. And then got confused. Lol. Good company. 10 out of 10 Mike S.

Second time ordering both was successful great company
