I have used a BackJoy seat for years
I have used a BackJoy seat for years. I used to have a back ache from years of sitting at a desk. I now sit up straight with no feeling that I need to rest my back or even lean back in my chair. My back hasn't hurt for several years.

Improves the posture
I have been using SitSmart Posture Plus Seat. and its good, though a bit too big formy small pelvis (small hips/buttocks). I want to buy a smaller one and I realise you now have: SitSmart Core Which one is better for a small pelvis, thank you

But with that said, we want it to be comfortable on your flesh as well so you may sit happier and more comfortably for longer periods of time. The SitSmart Posture Core and SitSmart Core Traction are both new designs in our SitSmart family. We have received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback on these units. Even though the unit bowl is wider, many petite customers have commented how they feel more secure and the larger unit feels more luxurious of a fit. SitSmart Posture Core is helping
I am using my SitSmart Posture Core every day for the hours I sit at my computer. It doesn't force me to sit up straight, but it encourages me to. It has made me much more pro-active about sitting straight. I can tell that my core is getting stronger. My husband got one, too, and when I look over at him sitting at his computer, I notice that he has much better posture now. I'm satisfied that it was a good purchase.
