I love my BackJoy Trigger Point Massager, but I was tired of having friends and family members borrow it. So I ordered a few as gifts. Ordering directly from the company was easy and shipping was fast and free. I will definitely try their other products.

Used it for 2-3 weeks and it helps just a bit. Never like shown in promotional videos, which are really exaggerated. It may be improved by giving it some height in the back or more slanted, and using a more sturdy material. Not pleased and would not recommend. Too expensive for something that doesn't perform as advertised.

My order had to be teturned because I ordered the wrong item. The return was smooth with my money quickly refunded. Thanks backjoy!

Excellent product !!

Goods delivered in a timely manner and put straight to use. Very helpful.

The flimsy little seat is completely ineffective in achieving what it was advertized for. I want to return it.
