Great customer service
I had an issue with my delivery being stolen after it was left in front of my door. The customer service rep at Back Joy followed up with me to ask if I got my product, and when I told them I had not, they filed a stolen goods report and also sent me a new product. Then, they followed up about THAT delivery to make sure I got it ok. I felt so well taken care of. Thank you!

Lovely our BackJoy Kneeler
I bought a BackJoy kneeler for my husband several years ago. We love it! We have used it anytime one of us needs to get down on one or both knees and it is great. I just recently ordered a second one because we now find times when we both need it. It is especially nice to have when we go camping.
