Backjoy really helps, I had my dad try it he has a bad back and has had multiple surgeries. Long rides in the car are really rough on him. We recently went on a camping trip and my dad was not in as much pain as he would of been with out. I ended up buying him this one.

Amazing. What a difference the sitzright seat makes. My husband has complained about his back hurting (for years) after sitting on his computer chair for any length of time. A colleague told me about the sitzright and I bought one for myself and my spouse. His back does not hurt at all anymore. I notice that I sit straight and my back never hurts.
