I really like it
I really like it. Just place it where you need to massage & it really helps my sore muscles. Easy to use too.

Let me begin with I'm a CDL driver. The leaves me with pain in my hips. I have to keep adjust myself with the seat under more the I would like. I am glad that it is light to carry.

Has BackJoy quality declined over time?
I have been successfully using BackJoys for 9 years. I first tried a friend's BackJoy while sitting in a seminar all day. Amazed that I had no more pain or stiffness, I became a convert and have remained one. A year ago I bought a new one from an online company in Thailand. A month ago, when I sat on it, it broke! That had never happened before. From the trademark, it looks like a real BackJoy. Since then I have had trouble finding the authentic website to order a new one. After a month of discomfort I am about to buy again, hopefully a sturdy one that lasts at least 5 years like my previous ones!

Thank you for your BackJoy review. BackJoy has a limited lifetime warranty that covers any breakage of the product which is very rare if used and kept in normal conditions. If you cannot contact the seller for a replacement, please email our global Customer Service at [email protected] and we will be sure to take care of you. While we do have an authorized partner selling in Thailand and other countries in the region it is important to make sure they are an authorized BackJoy seller, or the product could be counterfeit. While we constantly monitor online marketplaces for counterfeit BackJoy products, but they do exist, illegally using the BackJoy trademark and made from inferior materials that can break. Huge Relief!
This product is wonderful. I use it in my vehicle for my 30 mile commute to work. It is so comforting, supports my spine, and keeps me from slumping into an unhealthy position. I would totally recommend it for anyone with back pain. It's a huge relief to be pain free in the car!

Best self massager
This is my 2nd Backjoy massager. After owning one for many years it wasn’t working as well anymore because it had stretched a bit. My new one is perfect & can really massage the knots I have. If/when this new one stretches/loosens I will be a third, no doubt.

Too Small for the Average Hips
The BackJoy SitSmart came right on time. It appears to be well made, but it is also much smaller than I expected. I have 38-inch hips, and the sides of the seat push into my hips, hurting my sciatic nerve. The front part also pushes up into the upper back of my legs, and that is very uncomfortable. I tried to find a way to return the seat, but I have not been able to find any help in that regard, so I am stuck with a rather expensive seat that I cannot use.
