Shockingly bad company to deal with.
Basically found out they ship all their orders from Germany via UPS into the UK. The shipping department didn’t state what the items are so when it got to customs in Germany it was held waiting for information from Tula.
This didn’t happen for well over a month and not until I hassled them via email.
They tried blaming UPS but I spoke to them on the phone and they explained what the issue was and that they had to simple wait for Tula to provide the information before they could legally process the items through customs. As I can see this has affected everyone in the UK and likely other countrys.
Our order has now arrived but sadly too late as we wanted to take it on holiday and that’s been and gone.
Tula would only offer a 15% refund which came to £22!!
Customer services are rammed off their feet with emails from angry customers. My advise is stop all orders and deal with the ones you have. Then maybe employe more staff and invest in training.
Will never use again.
You’ve been warned!

I wish there was an option to give minus star
I dont know where to start because I have never had such a terrible experience in my any of online purchases. I made my order on 21st March and you know what? Still nothing received. Evertime I "try to" contact to ask for the status (which was 4 times so far and took several days to receive a response), they keep saying "it is on the way", "it is very busy in the warehouse but we will sort it out" etc. They sent me an email saying "order is on the way" on 6th April with no UPS tracking number, then I received an UPS tracking number on 26th but it is still not a valid number as of 8th May. My daughter is 3 months old now and still no carrier. I ordered Ergobaby (which is parent company) from Amazon and it was delivered within 2 days! So they are prioritising Amazon customers over their own customers from own website. So if you bought it from Tula's website, sad news, dont expect anything soon, they will clear the Amazon orders first then it will be your turn to receive your order. Avoid buying something from Tula, especially from their website, at all cost. Thanks to my bank, I disputed on 24th April and they paid my money back so it is not my problem anymore, Tula and my bank will deal with it.

Do not use this company! Scam.
Do not use this company, I ordered a baby carrier in good faith. They took my money and didn't send me what I had purchased. I waited 3 weeks and they fobbed me off with excuses.
I managed to get a refund through PayPal by opening a case which went in my favour.
Clearly a scam company. I would never use again.

Fraudulent company
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company do not even deserve 1 star.
Waited over a month for my order! I was told it was dispatched on the 12th of April. When I queried not receiving dispatch or delivery confirmation (over a week later) i received a response saying they have not dispatched the order and that they now do not have the items in stock.
The lies! Shameful customer service!
Quick enough to take money from customers but too incompetent to fulfil orders.
When called out on the lies I received a very blunt unprofessional response. I have yet to receive a refund!
This issue is now being investigated by my bank.
Absolute sham of a company!
If you’re looking for a carrier I urge you to shop with a reputable UK based retailer. I have now purchased a carrier from ‘Freedom to Explore’ they stock Lenny Lamb carriers which are far better and came highly recommended to me on a group called ‘Baby wearing UK’.
If you would like to see the details of the issues I have had with this company they can be found on the Facebook group ‘Baby wearing uk’. You may find this group helpful.
Disgusting company.

They dont even deserve a 1 star
They dont even deserve a 1 star! Avoid at all costs. Still have not received order and they are refusing to give me a refund. Customer service is terrible and you just get ignored or fobbed off.

Fraud
One month later no carrier has arrived, no tracking number and no response from their customer services.
At best it’s terribly run, worse it’s a complete fraud.

Avoid at all costs!
I was torn between choosing Artipoppe and a signature collection Tula carrier. Ultimately, I opted for Babytula due to its slightly more affordable price. I placed an order for a signature collection carrier priced at 300 EUR, and they were offering a lite carrier for free, which seemed like a great deal. However, I regret not checking the reviews here and on their Instagram beforehand. I strongly advise against ordering from them. My products weren't shipped for two weeks despite numerous emails and calls, none of which were answered. Their phone numbers proved to be fake, adding to the frustration. When I finally received an email with a tracking number, it turned out to be incorrect. Even after receiving the products, I was charged an additional 60 EUR for taxes, contradicting their claim of shipping all duties paid on their website.
The product itself was overly complicated and so uncomfortably designed. In contrast, the Artipoppe carrier I initially considered cost 370 EUR but would have been a far better investment. After much hassle, I managed to return the Babytula product and am now awaiting my refund. However, judging from the comments and other reviews here, I fear this process may also be challenging. As a first-time expectant mom, I strongly advise against ordering from them, it only added unnecessary stress to an already hectic time.
So last week I decided to place an order from Artipoppe. I received it in two days and didn’t pay anything extra whatsoever. I didn’t like the color of the carrier and asked for an exchange. In contrast, my experience with Artipoppe was seamless; they provided excellent customer service, responding promptly to my emails and facilitating a smooth exchange process. If you're investing in a high-end product, you deserve high-end customer service, like what Artipoppe provides.
Babytula‘s recent Instagram post claiming warehouse relocation as the cause of these issues is nonsense. They should not have accepted orders if they were unable to fulfill them, and responding to emails is not affected by moving warehouses. Overall, they are a dreadful company, and even their apology post lacked any real solution, alternative, or reimbursement. It's clear they're operating as a scam company.

Avoid at all cost!!!
Bought carrier on March 21st and still no delivery .. customer service said they had a ten day delay. Not acceptable considering it was meant to be UPS express! I finally got a notification to say the order was on the way 6/4/24, but no UPS tracking number. It's now the 17/4/24 and I've had no reply from my customer service email (sent 10/4/24) so out of pocket with nothing to show for it!
