I was recommended the product by multiple people, however my order never arrived, after numerous emails they claim it was lost by UPS so I have requested a refund, they have said the will refund me at some point next week, not really good enough, they should start the refund process now, it's been over a month. I am so disappointed especially considering it's a expensive product.

Another person wishing they had checked these reviews before ordering. Been well over a week now since ordering and other than an order confirmation received nothing from Tula. Their customer phone line is bogus and despite numerous calls just says to "call back later". They are plenty of better companies out there regardless of how good these carriers might be, avoid avoid avoid.

The website is a total scam, I wish I read the reviews before ordering. The carriers are really good so didn't expect it from the company. Might never see my money back and they simply didn't send the carriers.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I placed an order for a carrier on March 13th, and despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, I have not received a response. Now I'm trying to resolve the issue with my bank.

Received nothing yet after a week. Contacted them 3 times and no reply. Someone should close down the company and get the money back for its customers.

Ordered 22nd March. Still no dispatch notification as per other reviews. Website states 3 to 4 days to process order (presumably to dispatch). Wanted the carrier for in a few days time and had thought 2 weeks was plenty of time to allow for delivery given the details stated on the website. Will probably buy elsewhere and return if it ever gets delivered. There was a promotion on however companies should ensure capacity beforehand to prevent such bad reviews. In this case it seems marketing the promotion has been greatly outweighed by negative feedback

Ordered my item on the 18th of March on the website it says 2 days despatch we are on 1st of April and still not received a tracking number or despatch email. When I emailed they took 3 days to reply and say they are busy and I needed to way 5-7 more days. This has now passed and still absolutely nothing . At this rate my baby will no longer be a newborn by the time I receive this carrier. I reached out once more but if no carrier by end of this week I am disputing the transaction with my credit card company

Ordered item and dispatched was stated 3 days I still over 7 days haven’t received a dispatched. I’ve tried calling emailing and even social media and nothing. I’m now having to take this up with my bank I don’t have the spare money to try again I’m beyond angry
