Update to previous review: first carrier never arrived and took extensive chasing for a refund. Husband ordered second carrier not realising that Tula was the brand we were having trouble with and that one did arrive, but we had already bought an alternative. Have sent that second one back and they received it on the 25th June. I have had to send 12 emails chasing the refund for this one and still not received a refund. I genuinely couldn’t hate this company more than I do.

I ordered a Tula Explore carrier however it took a few days to get a tracking number. As I was waiting for the carrier to arrive I checked reviews on TrustPilot and saw all of the terrible experiences people have had. I immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund. The following day I received an update advising that the carrier was out for delivery that day. I received the carrier on that day and emailed them back to disregard the refund request. I am not sure why people have had such bad experiences. The package came from Germany so perhaps it is to do with customs? Either way just wanted to leave a review as the customer service was responsive to my cancellation request and the parcel was received within 5 days of ordering it.

Would love to review the baby carrier but I haven’t received it! If you are expecting to actually receive the product you pay for then I would buy from a different company

As many others from march didn't go through. As I first contacted the customer service they replied and found my order, as I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation. Nevertheless the status didn't change for days and I continued contacting them via e-mail and phone which just didn't get picked up. Terrible service on this part. As weeks went by I contacted my bank to get my money back which worked. In the meantime they explained the issue and finally got back to me that they couldn't deliver my order so they would transfer back my money... As I absolutely wanted this one carrier I naively placed another order believing they worked out the issue. At first I still got a tracking number from DHL which wasn't found because it was from UPS. In the end I got the product which is very nice, easy to put on and carry front and back. Worth the money, but definitely not the hassle.

Just reiterating other people’s experiences really. Placed my order nearly a month ago and immediately regretted it after reading these reviews (wish I’d read them before placing my order!). Emailed them with my concerns and I did feel assured by their response but since then the level of service has been terrible. Firstly, no tracking number provided so I then had to ask Baby Tula for it. However everyday since, I feel I’m getting further away from receiving my order. The status on UPS says it is being returned to sender which doesn’t fill me with hope and makes me wonder if I’m just being fobbed off with each follow up email that I send. I’m not sure what else to do other than now try claim the money back via my bank/ report it as fraud. The carriers are pricey compared to other carriers and, at the moment, I’m just out of pocket and ideally need the money refunded to me so I can purchase a carrier from elsewhere.

Like everyone else recently, I've had a really poor experience. My order hasn't been delivered since I first placed it at the start of May and not a single word from their customer service. I've now requested a refund but I'm not confident that I'll have any success. Definitely one to avoid

Ordered on the 19th of march a baby carrier which was on sale with a baby carrier travel for a baby shower. After a few weeks I called them to ask about the status of my order. The phone didn't even ring of all the countries on their website so I've made an email. After a few days I receives an e-mail which said that my order hasn't been dispatched yet but the warehouse had increased the team so it would be monday on latest. Well... Nothing happened on monday. After e-mailing again they said the carrier explore was sold out so I chose another one. Oh and the warehouse has moved... After a week they said the carrier travel was also sold out so I am waiting and reading the reviews my courage sinks. The website doesn't looks like scam at all so I never expected this. Never ordering again at babytula.eu!!!
