Big SCAM !! Don’t give them your information!! Ordered on 8/27/23 , they cancelled the order, I have called customer service, and as of 10/20 , still haven’t gotten a refund!

My order was canceled without any explanation on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home for my mother's services.

Scam. Sorry I didn’t see this site before purchasing from them. Got the same BS email from them 30 minutes after placing an order. No refund received. This place is a total scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my son, the florist could not deliver, but I was charged. I got an email from Mary stating I would not be charged. I was and now I can't contact her because her email doesn't exist. Thanks 95.00 I lost!!

I purchased calla lilies for my wife for her birthday and received the cancellation email. I have sent an email asking about my full refund but with no response. I am tempted to follow after the other reviewer and put in a report to the BBB. I just want the refund that I was promised.

Major scam. Customer service on the phone is non existent. The second you say order status or cancel they literally push you off the phone and onto hold. Do not buu

This place is a scam! They wouldn’t deliver my flowers said I would get a full refund. That was back on Aug 28th NOPE no refund and now they won’t even answer my emails. The only reason they got 1 star was because you can’t write a review without one. Sept 14. WOW right after I put this review out I get an email for more info. I gave more info ( they have been given all the info several times) What a joke. At 3:43 am I get an emai with what looks like a refund being sent for deposit TODAY. Guess what NO deposit .

If I could give 0 stars I would. There customer service is poor very rude. DON'T EVER GET FROM THEM. I ordered flowers from them, unfortunately they could not be delivered where i was which was fine no problem. They took money out of my bank account and that very same day they canceled my order 5 days later I still don't have my money back. It did not take you all 5 days to pull the money out of my account. SO PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!
