Same story with a lot of the rewiews in here unfortunately. I requested to return my item for a refund. I then received an email several days later informing me that they don't accept returns from Australia and instead offered a 50% refund. This against what their own return policy states and is deceptive practice. They then offered me 60% which still leaves me out of pocket. It would be better for me to pay for the minimal return postage and receive my full refund as advertised on their website. I have replied saying that I would like return shipping details and instructions as per their policy. Stopped responding to my email requesting return details - no response. Lodged Afterpay dispute. Stay away from this company.

I’ve bought four dresses several head pieces and a fan from Babeyond so far and am completely in love! I wore two dresses for my wedding and everyone loved it! 😍 very original look!

The dress is nice. Sizing was odd, as a size 10/12 the guide was recommending a size 16! But the packaging was terrible. I thought it was my Shein order at first - pink crumpled plastic bag with Chinese label, inside the babeyond bag was severely crumpled and the dress was just stuffed in there. No card, no return label. Clearly made in china and shipped out. Which I have no problem with but for £99 and with the high end look of the website I expected a lot more. The quality is on a par with Shein or Temu (they do some good dresses!) but three or four times the price . This explains the weird small sizing, the long shipping, and the fact that I bought a faux fur wrap too but that hasn’t arrived and I’m assuming comes from another warehouse. I wouldn’t recommend or order again from here because of this.

attempted to return a purchase well within required 14 days. Return was denied. totally disappointed. requested returns within 14 days should give customers options of return or future credit . I initially love the fashions. dress was too small therefore Im stuck with a garment I cant use also cant size up. your return policy does not build repeat, new customers and is awful return policies. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from your website nor i will not purchase from Babeyound because your company is a scam. Marilyn Jackson

Dress arrived on time and is exactly as described/pictured - color, measurements, fabric, etc. The beading is absolutely gorgeous and a steal at the price! Will definitely be ordering from Babeyond in the future.

Ordered three dresses. Got notice that two of them were being shipped a couple days later. The third item arrived within five days but the first two never showed up. They appear to be stuck in Los Angeles. Written to the company twice but no response.

I had not taken my measurements before ordering the dress; I had lost a lot of weight but thought I was a 2X. After ordering, I did and found I was a XL and they were able to exchange it for the correct size before they sent it--which was a perfect fit. The dress arrived much sooner than stated. Then, when I pulled it out of the bag, I was stunned. The workmanship is unbelievable, the amount of sequins and other additions was phenomenal. I will be wearing the dress to two occasions and am sure it will be a big hit at both.

Beautiful quality dress ! Very glamorous and perfect for my Gatsby themed awards night! Sad I probably won’t be wearing it again! Only down side it says on the tag you cannot wash it, dry clean it or anything so I’m not sure how to clean it. The head piece I bought too unfortunately hurt my head from the beads. I had to DIY and hot glue it to a large clip. Looked perfect 👌🏽 Fast delivery!!
