Ordered three dresses. Got notice that two of them were being shipped a couple days later. The third item arrived within five days but the first two never showed up. They appear to be stuck in Los Angeles. Written to the company twice but no response.

The dress quality itself was good, unfortunately it wasn’t correct for the event I needed it for. The return process was quite a faff and I wasn’t able to do this on the website so I had to reach out to request to do this. Once I sent it off (which I payed for) I sent them confirmation of this being sent on the 18th August. This was then confirmed delivery on the 20th August. It is now the 4th September and I am yet to receive my refund, or any sort of reply from my emails requesting my refund ASAP. I’m quite upset about this as the dress was not cheap and for me it is a lot of money to not have back in my account and is money to go towards my 30th birthday outfit. I’m keeping up hope to receive my refund, it’s a shame as I say because the dress quality itself was nice. But customer service and communication has been awful.

I bought a dress from Babeyond and it arrived in record time. The problems I had were that the dress was used. It had a few stains and a thread was pulled. I was offered a discount to keep it or order a new dress. I opted for a brand new dress. The new dress arrived with a slit in the package and of course the dress was ruined as well. I was offered to send both dresses back for a full refund, shipping at my expense or keep both and receive a 30pct discount. So I opted to keep the dress and paid around 30.00 for 2 ruined dresses. I figured shipping would be around the same or more. They have beautiful stuff, but there policies for damaged items is lacking. I should have not had to pay to ship a ruined dress/dresses back.

I returned everything. It was nice but didn’t look good on me. I never used. Received confirmation you received it on June 5th. It’s now June 22nd and still never received my refund

Problem with receiving dresses. If you cannot deliver to PO addresses you need to let people ordering know that, and have an alternate way ic delivery. I ordered dresses a month ago and still have not received them, but they were not delivered by the date of of event. I have corresponded about this issue. I am thinking this website may be a scam.

The return process is cumbersome and puts the burden on the customer to work through multiple steps to complete a return. I had to request a return and wait for an email in response, something I have never been instructed to do with a return elsewhere. I never got a response and had to email a second time and wait longer for the response which was stressful when dealing with a short return window - 14 days, which is also not standard at other retailers. Shipping on the return was not covered and after shipping my return I was supposed to email again to provide the tracking number. The clothes are pretty, but since I don’t know how or if they will fit and don’t want to have to deal with that return process again, I don’t think I will order again.

I purchased 3 dresses and the one that fit ;and I’d love to keep) smells like body odor😬. How did this happen? I could have it dry cleaned but I shouldn’t have to.

I have tried to return a dress I ordered that was too big and I could not look up the order on the return page. I attempted to email the company twice now about this issue and I have heard no reply and I believe they don't plan to respond until my 14 day period has passed if at all. It would be much easier if there was a link associated with the order itself to return it through the website. The dress itself is lovely and fits very well. The sequins are stunning and it holds up well with travel! And the order did ship and arrive in less than 12 days. The tracker was easy to follow on the website for the package, which was convenient as I was not sending to my address. All in all the product is amazing for the price and the ordering is a smooth process. However, the service end after receiving that product is frustrating and disappointing.
