i ordered my diamond wedding ring from south korea and i found out that i got 2 size bigger ring than i ordered. since my wedding was on the coner, i had to resize myself in korea again and it costed additional money... it was about 5-6 months ago and i could not complaint at that time cuz i was so busy in those days. I really need you guys to be more careful about orders. and still i can not find any reason to order from b2c jewels again for now

B2C Jewels did a spectacular job. The customer service was extremely helpful and dilligent in getting back to me. I would highly reccomend this company to any of my friends who are looking to get engaged. I felt nervous going online for a ring. But after searching and reviewing the information, I decided to just go for it. I couldnt have made a better decision. :)

Bought a wedding band to complement my first purchase (an engagement ring). Didn't like the first choice, and exchanging it for a different one was easy. B2C calls and/or follows up almost every step of the way. We love the rings! -S

First off, i was scared as heck to buy something like an engagement diamond off an online seller...however, after researching on the web and talking with the B2C reps who called to make sure i was comfortable i transferred money via wire transfer to get the additional discount (extra scary). Everything went smoothly and the diamond arrived within 2 days i am extremely happy with my purchase. Secondly, my father-in-law is a jeweler so i actually just purchased a loose stone instead of buying an engagement ring package (more memorable for the FIL to make the diamond ring). That being said, i of course enlisted his help in searching for diamonds including price matching. He works in a brick and mortar jewelery store and they quoted me prices for the same exact diamonds (by weight and the 4C's) at prices approximately 3-500 dollars more than B2C. Even he was surprised at the competitive prices and questioned the quality of the diamonds. Is it laser engraved? Is it really that color? That brightness? After receiving the diamond he went and verified everything himself and made a beautiful engagement ring for us. The diamond is spectacular and i try not to look at it a lot since it hurts my eyes. Extremely happy with the purchase 10/10 would buy from them again. Also B2C has a lifetime upgrade policy with the full purchase of your previous diamond credited towards your new diamond (not sure about this policy since i have not used it yet but i'm fairly sure it would be a great experience as well).

I bought a diamond and it was utterly flawless, a 20 year professional jeweler could not find the imperfections in the diamond, It was VVS1 K Color .93 carats Marquise Excellent Cut and Very Good Symmetry for $1700!!! Best price I was able to find throughout all online distributors. I am very pleased with the customer service provided to me. I will use them for all my diamond purchases,
