It is so easy to select a diamond according to your specifications and knowing that you are getting a GIA certified stone gives you peace of mind. I ordered a diamond on December 7th as a gift for Christmas. My credit card was charged on the 11th. The information given at the time of order was that upon receiving payment the diamond would be shipped overnight. Today is the 21st I called and there is still no date for delivery. I insisted that they cancel the order and refund my money and I called the credit card company. While writing this review I received an email stating that the sales team had "canceled the order", the reason being: "Change of diamond". Another lie it seems.

I was in the market to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring and I decided to go back to B2C Jewels, where I purchased her original engagement ring back in November 2017. To my surprise, I had the opportunity to be served again by Shane and the same Team of individuals for my second time around and I must say that the customer experience, the expertise, and the customer service once again far exceeded my expectations. During the process, the entire Team was exceptional, but Shane was my “go-to” person. He responded to my numerous emails and my numerous phone calls in a strong timely manner with updates and changes and that level of customer service is very hard to find these days; however, Shane and the Team delivered big time and my wife and I are thrilled over the results. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for having the opportunity to deal with Shane again, as he was already familiar with me as a customer since 2017. I cannot thank B2C enough for what they delivered for my wife.
