I've been researching engagement diamonds for 2 month online check out all of the major retailers and B2C Jewels had BY FAR best deals and quality diamonds anywere in the USA. I was interested in only the triple X Gia excellent cut ( for the highest beauty of the rock) and found one I liked specifically to my demands with B2C Jewels who can match any diamond you want for less money. Any grade FOR LESS. PERIOD. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPLENDID. Johny,Samuel,Ronald (I spoke personally to all of them ) Are excellent specialists.They will advice you or help you choose the best in the range you can afford. Returns with them are easy and no questions asked . They strive to make you Happy with your ring . Buy with confidence, you will not be disappointed. I took the ring I bought from B2C Jewels to Jared's and other local jewelers and they were not able to find me anything comparable for more then double the price I paid with B2c Jewels. Long story short - Buy from B2c jewelers if you want to save more than a half price. If you like spending more for the same thing ...;) buy somewhere else ..LOL

When I discovered B2C Jewels, my initial contact was with Rio, and did also interact with Shane and Ronald at various points. I told Rio exactly what I was looking for, my specs and price. By this time I was almost an expert on diamonds due to my thorough research and sound advice from various diamond experts that I consulted. I wasn't so much crazy about the size as I was with the cut and clarity. For weeks, he stayed in the loop with me as I reviewed various diamond recommendations he made for settings and diamonds. He followed up from time to time. There were a few hiccups at first, esp. with some of the stones that I had ordered that ended up being canceled. Also the policy or rules regarding picking up the package directly from UPS, especially when I wasn't home, could be relaxed a bit - I got a bit of a run around on this front. Overall though, Rio's help made things a bit easy and I am happy with my eventual purchase, and so is my fiancee. I will definitely return to B2C for a matching wedding band.

I had spent a lot of time researching and looking for the best diamond possible for the amount I was looking to spend. I shopped at local jewelers as I like to buy from the "little guy" and support local business. After comparing the prices, it was a no-brainer, b2cjewels.com is the way to go! Johnny from customer service was great. I ordered the ring and asked them I need it before the end of the month meaning in less than two weeks. They guaranteed me the ring will come and I was surprised to see it home earlier than that (I asked twice to promiss me that I’ll have the ring so I imagine they did the best they could and more). The ring looks great, I did some research before and the diamond found here was the better deal. I just proposed to my fiancee and she was very happy with it. Because I wanted to be a full surprise I tried to do my best and guessed the size so I went with 7.5 for the size. Found out she feels better with a 7 but that is not a problem according to Johnny who promissed me he will help me for free to have it resized (they’ll send me prepaid shipping label so I don't have the cost to bare).
