We had a great experience with Rhonda she was timely and clear with instructions. The test was easy to do at our convenience. I ordered the tests kits in Canada and brought them to Hawaii and it was a great idea. Rhonda led us through the procedure and answered all our questions. It would have been nice to see the person you were listening to. I gave a four star because the web site was frustrating as we were trying to do a group test as there were four of us. I tried to signing up together and couldn’t figure it out numerous times. When we got Rhonda on the line we asked her and she did it for us. Yeh! We would do it again for sure. Thanks

My observer, Ron, was very polite and patient. I appreciate the email and text reminders up until the appointment and updates after I mailed the specimen. The app and website are user friendly. The test kit arrived complete and within 24 hours. It took a total of around 36 hours from the time I took the test and mailed it to the time i received the result by email, which was a huge relief because I read some of the other reviews only after i bought the test and I was concerned to not get them in time. The only things that could be better was my observer did not come on video so I could not see him. He also was expecting me to do a saliva test but I was doing a nasal swab and he was not prepared for that. I also asked a question about which code I was to enter into the website to verify my test and he also had to look that up. I'm glad he wanted to be certain but I would expect this the of test to be standard but perhaps he was new. Either way, he was polite and helpful. I bought this test because Im flying Delta and they recommend this in home PCR test to fly with them. I only saw the reviews of this company after I took the test and was nervous because there are so many 1 star reviews. I am not giving this a 5 star because I couldn't see the other person, Ron, and because he couldn't right out give me answers to what i think should be known by him. I am happy with this experience though and will use it again.

Frustrated
Extremely frustrating to use!!!!! Customer service agents are unable to help or solve issues. Very disappointed!!

Garbage. Not as advertised. Couldn’t get what I needed for travel but that was not disclosed until after I paid the $10. Don’t waste your time here. Use one of the other sites which are free anyway.

The customer service was great, the appointment reservations were easy to book and reschedule, the staff even rebooked our observations for us even though we canceled them due to a mix-up in our flight details. The service was fast and the proof of results were prompt.
