Support took almost 2 hours to respond. No acknowledgement or anything how long or if someone will be answering.

Luckily I had 2 test kits. The first one was “recalled” and not useable. My brother was not so lucky 🤨. WHY!!! Were we not notified by Ellume of recalled test kits!? My brother now has to scramble to make tomorrow’s flight to the US and he was notified last night that his son has a brain tumor. This is really quite unacceptable. My proctor was wonderful and did a great job.

The first rep was very friendly and helpful, after the 15 minute counter the next rep didn't say anything on call I sat there for 30 minutes kept checking my dash board nothing, it wasn't until I realize the message icon was highlighted that she sent a generic long message 20 minutes prior and logged off the call. That was quite annoying to say the least what I assume should have been 20 minutes was almost an hour. Anyhow I wrote in the chat when another rep was on there noting same, she called to apologize and got us sorted, we got our results shortly after. Overall would use again, but note to Azova after the counter please have the rep say something so valuable time doesn't slip away.

I was using this for travel to Hawaii. We entered the vaccination data but have not had any online support. I put my wife on my account but it couldn’t get verified thus I had to open another account and tenet enter all her information again. Mt vaccine is has been confirmed but still not verified. My wife’s info is still not even entered very frustrating - wish there was online support.

It was handy to take the test with us and use the video observation option. But all testing is a frankly a waste of time and very expensive. Especially when I had to do another 48 hours later upon arrival to YYC. waste of money and a gouge by governments and your company.

Process was confusing since we filled out form prior to arrival for testing. Sat waiting as we arrived a few minutes early and no one told us about the form.

I have used AZOVA for Hawaii travel since the beginning of COVID. Initially, it was very straight forward. To Azova's credit...Hawaii keeps changing their rules. So this critique is mostly annoyance at this entire thing. BUT, with my most recent test I noticed a few things. 1) Something on Azova's technical side changed. My observer was unable to hear or see me even after I accepted my pop up blockers. I had to dial in twice and ended up working on my phone the 3rd time. 2) The observer couldn't find my lab request. It seems their observers are all newer or outsourced and they don't seem to know as much as they previously did....which can actually have a HUGE affect on someone traveling to Hawaii on business. 3) Not only did the observer not answer my question about timing and went round and around and around on my question (never getting a real response) but she was unaware of 72 hour Hawaii rule and didn't know if lab could respond in enough time. To be clear, this affects THOUSANDS of dollars in travel expenses. 4) The lab this time WAS delayed. In tests in the past, I have submitted my test on a Monday to UPS...usually arrives same day and I get my lab results that night or early the next morning. This time, I was REALLY sweating it and results came in JUST before I was about to change my flight to a later time to accommodate the results being delayed. 5) The site has changed and has way too many options. I know people need tests for different things, but for someone with experience traveling back and forth from Hawaii...I am betting there are a LOT of people turned away upon arrival or confused about what to get. It's not easy to find on the website. 6) When I tried to all a customer service line. Not available and very difficult to find an actual number. Take it back to simple. You guys were operating much more effectively back in 2020.

We had a poor internet connection where the proctor was unable to see us on video. Eventually, we were able to be viewed. The other problem was that you notified us that some of the test kits were being recalled. You should have let us know when we ordered the kit. Our flight is in 24 hours and if we had bad kits we would have had to cancel our trip. You added more stress to an already stressed process. In summary: if kits are being recalled, you MUST let us know immediately, not at the time of the test. And, invest in better internet connectivity.
