My first mistake was not reading reviews but I purchase so many products online that it didn’t occur to me. The bedding did not look like the picture and was cheap and poorly made in China. The website says they’ll give a full refund but they want you to photograph the product and then offer a 30% refund first. When you insist on a full refund they agree to that but only after you return the product to China. The U.S. addresses are just a front. They say they won’t refund if the product has been taken out of the packaging but they ask you to photograph so you have to take it out. I sent it back today with $23.50 postage. We shall see if they actually give me a refund. Total scam company. From now on I’ll stick to QVC and Amazon which stands behind their product’s quality and has easy refund policies which American consumers expect. Be warned!!!

I purchased a lovely patterned bedspread for $99.90 When it finally got here FROM CHINA it was not the one in the picture but similar. I guess AZCOZY thought I wouldn’t notice. I called them on this bait and switch. They said mail it back. Post office wanted $55. Luckily PayPal helpedvout and gave me $30 towards shipping. PayPal refunded me but I still lost $25. THESE PEOPLE ARE DOWN AND OUT RIP OFFS.

My wife was sick when this crap arrived. Threw it out.

UPDATE: For me to mail back their mistake will cost me $80.00 it goes to China, not doing that,I asked to be refunded the 30% they first offered.

Took 2 1/2 weeks to receive and it is CRAP. I have emailed them to find out the return address to send it back. Ordered a comforter - not 2 pieces of fabric with a zipper on it. It was a gift, but too embarrased to give it to anyone. Have not received a response on where the crap is they are selling is to be returned... the address in Houston or the address it 'originated' from in New Jersey? Will be contacting BBB.

Complete rip off took month to get. Paid 80 for cheap polyester sheet&two pillowcases.No comforter,duvet. Funny they dont have a telephone number to talk to anyone.And to return costs more than cheap product.BBB needs to shut this place down.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I agree, this company is shady, DONT BUY ANYTHING from this company. It’s cheaply made and expensive. From China, not US

Ordered bedding, without having to remove product from bag we were able to see the cheap construction and quality of product. To take pictures we removed from bag and unfolded to find there was live foreign spider(s). completely horrific experience. wish I read reviews in the first place. For the price I was expecting more.
