AzcozyReviews of azcozy.com

This company does not deserve a star. They are a huge rip off and their products are a joke. I received a rug which was equivalent to a 4 x 6 size rug in the mailbox !! It looked like a beach towel instead of a rug. Looks great in the pics. There is no return receipt so that's a big RED FLAG and when they responded back they said " You received product we give you 30% back. Still didn't give me any information on how to return it. I contacted PayPal which is what I went through to buy it and they sided with the shipper. I couldn't believe it. Perhaps PayPal is getting kickbacks from these companies. What did I do with the so called rug ?? I threw it in the garbage where it belonged and I'm out of $95.00.

This company steals photos from the internet and claims that what you see in the picture is what you get. DO NOT waste your money on these items. There is a house in Texas that full of Chinese people ripping off Americans. This is what happens. You are lured by the picture of a beautiful quilt, rug or bedding. You pay big bucks, your money is transferred to Texas, they contact the Chinese Warehouse in China, cheap fabrics are then stamped to look like a quilt or cheap yarn is used to make your rug. The factory gets $20.00 and the people in Texas get the rest. Your item is shipped via China post to Texas and then from Texas, it is shipped to you. Don’t be fooled.

They stole my artwork and were selling it on their site. Very frustrating.

Got my quilt shipped from shanghai China. Not as shown nothing in common w/ photo. They told me it was why I ordered, NOT. Said I could have 30% credit or have to mail back to China. Refund not given till they get quilt back. I have to pay shipping back with no reimbursement. Paypal will not do anything because product was received. I am out$100.00 or have to py to send back. I find ally conceded And told them to get me 30% off. I will keep the ugly thing. Now... They Re not respond do g at all. I even threatened fraud due to inaccurate posting. Save heartacke. Do not purchase from this company. I gave them questionable doubt. Do t do it!!!!!

This company does not stand behind their product. I ordered a bed set. In the picture posted it looked a quilt with shams. It 6 weeks for my order to arrive. The cover was the thickness of 2 sheets sewn together. The design was nothing like what I ordered. I immediately contacted the company to return the hideous sheet. They wanted me to prove that the product was bad. It finally came down to a 30% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are crooks!

I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews. It was a sponsored product on Facebook. The picture was a beautiful area rug. I got a piece of what I would say thin like a placemat material with picture of the rug screened on the cloth like they do t shirts at the shore. I can’t even use it. Horrible!!!! So upset!!! Such a scam.

Please don't use this company, I'm lucky to get a full refund as I only use Paypal I kept all communication to this company, which I had to send to Paypal....AzcozyThey even sent me an apology and ask me to re order my stuff and they would give me a 50% discount. Which means I would have paid for my products again! You need alot of time on your hands trying to get your money back.... Use Paypal it's the safest way to pay for anything....

Horrible company, horrible products. I have returned my product to China. Now I wait. But they are falsely advertising both their company and products on Facebook .. it seems to me that Facebook is facilitating this scam and they should have some responsibility to their legit advertisers to protect their credibility.
