If I could rate them a 0 I would. The worse company in the world. Whatever you do, don't order from them. I have been 3 weeks now and still have not received my item. No phone # to call them. I should have researched them before ordering. POOR, POOR, POOR!! Fraud, DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a rug. Their website says returns within 30 days. They do fail to tell you it has to go back to China which the shipping is more than the price you paid for item. On the package it shows it came from California. Would not recommend them at all.

I ordered a rug for $139.95 from this company. They sent me a mat valued at $119.95 on the site. They offered me a 30% refund plus 20% off my next order. I went through Paypal and filed a grievance. Paypal says I must mail the mat back to them at my expenseto get the entire cost of the rug refunded. Then I must go through Paypal to request a refund for shipping costs and wait to see if I qualify. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. On there website, they claim to be an American based company. LIE Refunds are cheerfully given. LIE Products are top quality LIE

absolutely horrific quality rugs. it is thin, poor material, expensive, poorly made, poorly stitched, and the returns are an absolute nightmare to deal with. they FOLDED a 5ft circular rug into a plastic envelope and sent it as cheaply as they possibly could. clearly a chinese import company operating in the usa, avoid this lot like the plague, the price you pay is absolutely not worth the product and poor quality you receive..

Steals art designs dont have licence. Means the designer of the art gets no credit or income. It is illigal to sell these products cause of copywrite. And many have lost their money on this site. Wont recomend.
