This company is nothing but a rip off. I ordered and paid for through PayPal and returned the merchandise and can't get my money back. Plus the product they sell is nothing but a cheap nylon sheets put together. Plus also PayPal said they couldn't do anything...

Yes. Too bad I can't give zero stars. I ordered a twin quilt which on their website looked like a beautiful quilt with floral applique. They show a Texas address for contact. What arrived was absolute crap. A very thin floral printed fabric with a horrible feel to it, no batting to speak of, some white stitching that didn't appear in their pictures. I would not use it for my dog.I was told to get a refund I had to mail it back at my cost and insured, to China! As if I trust them to get a refund.

This is a scam. It's a bait and switch company. They take your money and don't deliver what you ordered. Beware. I would give them no stars but that is not an option

This Company is a complete scam. What you see on their advertisements is not what you get. Ordered what was advertised as a Hand-made quilt, received a piece of crap not worth $10.00 and I paid $90.00. STAY AWAY from this company.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! It dhould get 0 stars. I ordered a 6X10 “rug”. It took a month to come and was in a little pkg folded. Ad says “SOFT PILE” rug. It was actually a piece of foam with a picture imprinted on it.no invoice in pkg and only P.O. Address from Mississaga, Ontario on pkg. delivered by DHL for Canada Post. They lied saying it was a USA co. I finally found a phone no, and after many hours got a rep who said the best they could do was to offer a discount. I paid via PAYPAL, WHO WOULD NOT HELP, unless I paid to ship it to Hong Kong. Got a statement from post office that the COST of SHIPPING WAS $220. As I needed tracking for apaypal. I refused to pay and PAYPAL CLOSED THE COMPLAINT, saying it was my fault for not returning the item. They have terrible reviews saying they should not deal with this SCAM COMPANY, but refuse to hear it.I AM OUT $165.00 canadian. Azcozy, aka Kaylee&Tepid, aka Printabel, aka Butterfly Addict, aka MANY MORE NAMES HIDE THEIR ADDRESSES. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE!!!!!

Is there less than one star? The butterfly rug looks NOTHING like it does in the photos. It took a really long time to come, and it arrived in an envelope. It is so skimpy that it really is not a rug. SO disappointing. And, if you want to return it, you have to pay for the postage. It came from China. So, it's probably not worth it. I'm stuck with a $59.99 piece of junk. When I called the company, they told me they could give me 30% off of my next purchase and a discount of 30% off of this rug. I certainly will never buy anything from them again. So I wasted my money. Also, It is impossible to post an honest review on their website. They only have really great reviews, and I cannot imagine who wrote them.

I received a message from Azcozy stating that the merchandise is mailed from CA. It is after being shipped from Shanghai. Also they offer free shipping for returns. This is a lie. I did not go through PayPal but my credit card and was able to stop payment. They had offered me a 30% discount which I refused. I was then told to ship the rug to Shanghai as that is where their warehouse is located. This company is a fraud. Beware.
