I'm just now seeing the bad reviews. I was checking my email to see if the company had updated me on my shipment. The first product I ordered was great. It did take a while to receive but eventually, it arrived. I wasn't aware of the company being from China. If they had to shut the company down because of the Corona Virus, then I am willing to be patient. I want this virus to stop spreading and good for them for shutting down. I will be waiting patiently, and want them to know we are praying for them and I look forward to my products in the future.

I seen all the negative reviews on multiple sites AFTER I ordered a rug from them. I was upset thinking that I gotten stiffed also. Well I must be the one lucky person who actually got what I ordered. Now yeah I don't think that it's going to hold up long. It does seems like it. It's a little thin and flimsy, but it is as described. The picture on it is really nice. So that's why I'm going to have to give it 4 star. It's not quite what I was hoping for but it is what it was supposed to be.

Greatest product ever. I was expecting a rug but I got the most comfortable piece of foam I've ever felt. I love this. I am so happy with this product. I just want to wrap myself in it all day long.

I don't know if I'm more disappointed in them or myself for falling for their slick promo. My daughter's Christmas gift is STILL in China and after reading these reviews... I should have known better... UPDATE: 01/16/20 Daughter called yesterday and had received it. Quality was surprisingly good and she was tickled!

I ordered what was shown in the ad as a nicely designed and intricately sewn floral quilt, however what arrived was a poorly rendered version of the artwork and simple machine quilting wholly unlike that advertised. After contacting Azcozy for a full refund, they wanted a photo of the item, which I sent. Next they offered a 20% refund with 30% off the next order! I replied I wanted a full refund. Their next message was "I'm sorry but I'm afraid that if you want to have a full refund, you will have to return the item you recevied (and) it means you'll have to cover the shipping fee and wait for a long time :(. In this case, can you please accept our condition for you. We are very sorry for this inconvenience :(." They also wanted me to ship it to an address in Shanghai, China! My reply to this included a photo of the mailing label which shows the sender's address in Avenel NJ and a message that they should inform me what USA address to send the quilt to and, since they accepted my money quickly, I wanted a refund quickly after they received the Priority Mail tracking info. After not getting a response, I escalated the case to PayPal and Azcozy then offered a 30% refund, which I refused. I tried to determine shipping cost via DHL Global back to the address in Shanghai and was unable to get the address accepted as valid. I have photos of the item advertised, the website from which that image was stolen, and of the item received. All of this has been documented in messages via PayPal. I escalated it to a claim with PayPal and, following a few email exchanges, for full refund was required to send the quilt back to an address provided by PayPal (cost $52 with international tracking). Finally got settlement notice from PayPal: "Because we were unable to obtain additional information from PRINTABEL COMPANY LIMITED regarding your claim, this case has been resolved in your favor and you have received a refund of $99.90 USD." At least I got more back than Azcozy/Printabel offered. Never buy anything from them. .

Ordered a King size quilt set and it arrived in Australia within 3 weeks, was ordered in November so a very busy time of year for them. Very happy with the quality and service received.

Finally received my order. I was unable to track it . I have to say I am very disappointed. The quality is misrepresented in the photo. It smelled like tuna fish for some reason. I am currently washing. Will post again after it dries. Well I am back. The smell is gone. The stitching is good,the fabric is nice and the print is vibrant. You need to get a better tech person and maybe add a little more batting to the quilts.
