I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. I 100% agree with another person's review. "The rug showed up almost three weeks later and is NOT a rug. It’s a poorly made mat that came in the mail mashed down and folded up. The quality is terrible. They are being really shady about the refund process as well." The quality of this mat is inferior to even Dollar Store. Now they will not respond after 10 emails requesting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE !!!!!!

Horrible experience. I ordered what looked like a super cute Halloween runner rug. I paid for expedited shipping. The rug showed up almost three weeks later and is NOT a rug. If I could give it a negative I would ! The product I received was a cheap cheap cheap rug ! While the size was correct the product barely resembled the pic shown in the website It is also so thin it could be used as a wall hanging or blanket It was not worth even one tenth of what I paid for it DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND FACEBOOK .... ummm .... why are you not blocking this scam company from your site !!! I found it on FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE !!!

We ordered a small quilt from azcozy. All was good until we received it. We were disappointed in the general quality and value it provided. I should have been able to purchase this quality for 25% of the price which was a claimed 50% discount. This was the good part. We decided to return. Now it really gets bad. It’s web site declares that if you are dissatisfied you can get back “every penny “. Not true. The first contact we were offered a 30 % refund and a 30% discount. We said we wanted a full refund and would ship back. Even though all addresses on their website they want us to return directly to China. One would expect a us shipping address. Totally disappointed. Don’t believe the fluff of their Customer First website. Your definitely last with this company

Don’t even want to give this company one star. My SUBSTANDARD mat arrived - it was more like a piece of cloth with no backing. A danger to put on the floor and try to use. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. The company has a US address, but if you want to return it you have to send it to China. Wish I had seen this website before I ordered from them. SUBSTANDARD MAT - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a Chinese scam. They use US addresses to make them look legit. I ordered a rug which came looking like a blanket. Nothing close to the picture. In order to return it I had to pay to ship it back to China to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company

I ordered two rugs, one small and one larger. I expected them to be matching rugs for $140.00.The larger one is terrible because the resolution is too low for the art they used. I have asked for a credit, refund or exchange. They say they will refund once I return the rug to CHINA! Do you know what that cost? They are purposely "stealing" my money" for a substandard product apparently not even made in the USA. They do have an office in Houston, though. BEWARE, this is not a customer friendly company.

I ordered something which took 5 weeks to be delivered. I received no notification of its expected delivery date. The delivery driver attempted to deliver the item to my address once and finding nobody at home (I work full time and was not notified that the item would be delivered that day), they sent it back - it was not left at the post office for me to collect, I was not notified that it was sent back. After 6 weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted them by email and whilst they engaged with me in conversation, their solution was that I should "re-order" the item and they would give me 50% off. No thank you. I won't willingly give them more money when they didn't treat me right the first time. When I asked them to refund me, they stopped replying to my emails...
