Total crap. We ordered a throw from the picture off the website. What we got was nothing like what was advertised. After spending $59.99 and waiting a month we got a total different product. After contacting Azcozy about the process of returning the piece of junk, I was told 30% of $59.99. I got $14.98 back. Really?!! Never, ever trust this website for context or good business practices let alone the product that you ordered.

I ordered a duvet cover. It was printed on and the pictured was so over pixelated it looked fuzzy and the colors washed out. It took over a month to get here. At 5 emails back and forth I was told I would be refunded 30% of the cost, and could keep it and have 20% off my next order. I said no thank you. Counter offered if they wanted to make it right there was a rug I liked for equal value, they said no. The 7th email, after asking for a shipping address four times I got a China address. It shipped from Texas, they want me to ship it to china for a refund. Poor quality, total run around on the return. Very unhappy.

They delivered my rug to the post office without anyone informing us. Now I don't have a rug and they have got my money with no solution except "I am sorry" so stay away from this company.

This group is counterfeiting products from companies all over the world. They have MANY other sites, of same design and format under different names with all the same counterfeit images. They are also using very small images to create the products they sell and they cannot sustain any type of quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, or electrafx, cozynfancy, kayleeandtepid and many more!!

I purchased two items from AZcozy and both were extremely bad in quality, colors blended together, cheap material, not as pictured or even close..they do not respond to concerns or complaints..they should not be in business.

All of the photos on their website and of their items are of the same 2-3 rooms with different photos of people's face on the review, which I am guessing they stole them! Do not order from them!
