Not reliable - Impossible returns - Late packages
Not reliable! Every person in the bridal party had trouble with this company. The would not let people order two sizes to compare sizing. I paid for extra for fast shipping and it was still WEEKS late because the company did not pay a duty fee. When it arrived, the dress was too small. I requested a return. They basically told me no because it is expensive to return items to China. They also do not pay for return shipping, even though their is no mention of this on their website. This company was such a hassle to use.

We'd like to explain that our stance on not recommending ordering multiple dresses for selection is due to most of all our dresses being made - to - order rather than in - stock, as noted in our return policy, which need additional tailoring time for them. We're sorry about the shipping delay from the unexpected duty fee. Typically, our shipments didn't incur such charges. We're glad we managed to resolve part of the issue with a partial refund. We're committed to significant improvements and hope our future actions will restore your trust.
