The Mother of the bride dress I purchased was perfect! I followed the size chart, included my height and hollow measurements and the height of my shoes. Got the most perfect dress from AW bridal! Quality is amazing, I would probably recommend sizing down a little bit, but other than that everything is great! Customer service is also very helpful and quick to answer any questions! Definitely recommend them!

Worst company ever! Not American. Order came from China. It says on their website that you can return but it is not true! I'll finish this later. Ended up costing 3x the amount it should have.

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The company shipped me the wrong color dress, and has done everything they can to avoid giving me a refund for their own mistake! I followed all of their rules, sent them pictures (they have asked multiple times for photos) and I have been emailing them back and forth for WEEKS with no resolution. Then instead of providing a refund, they offered to give me $20 to keep the dress when I paid nearly $100 for it, and I have no use for it because it is the wrong color! They also do not pay for return shipping, even when it is THEIR mistake...they expect their customers to pay to return a dress they should not have been shipped in the first place. I would never buy from them again. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere!

My gown fit perfect. It is beautiful! I was kept updated on my gown, made for my measurements. The gown arrived in a very reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend them .
