Product was too small. Easy and friendly response.

I had an issue with the fit of the tank. I sent an email. Margaret answered my plea. I am happy with her reply. Thank you, Margaret.

I ordered the tank with a built in bra, a full size bigger than I usually do, for extra comfort. I cannot even get the tank in my body! It is ridiculously small. I have sent three e-mails to the company in the past two weeks and they have not responded. I continue to get advertisements from them, but no response to my concern. I would NEVER do business with this company again.

Aulea’s customer service is outstanding - Margaret White, when I wrote explaining that the items I purchased were seriously too small, immediately offered a no-cost replacement, which arrived very quickly. Although the items still run small, the material is lovely, as described on the website.

Absolutely beautiful tops! They arrived quickly and really are above my expectations of what I was going to get. They are butter soft!

I was able to easily exchange for a bigger size. I love these tanks. Material feels great and the cups feel like they’re going to stay in place. I was surprised that I needed an extra large as I’m 5’3” and weight 135#.

Love this company 💕l ordered the wrong size tank top. I sent Avulea my measurements and they suggested a size that would fit better. I was told to gift my original size to a friend. No hassle returning it. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service 😊👍🏼

I have never received such a fast and polite response to my request of needing to exchange my order to a different size. Within 2 days the transaction was completed and I did not have to return my first order.
