I saw the ad and placed an order for 3 tops. When I received them, I found them to be very snug. Still wanting the products, I requested assistance in exchanging them for a larger size. Margaret was very helpful and not only did she send another order with the larger size, she said I could keep the original order too. I saw an ad for the bra-in tank on Facebook and ordered one, considering based on previous experiences with other such companies that it might take weeks or longer to get it. Was I surprised! First, I ordered it to go to my home address in Alaska, then quickly rethought and asked for it to come to Florida where I am currently, helping with an ailing family member. They were able to change the mailing address and it still arrived in less than a week. I like the quality and style of the tank. It’s a beautiful color too. Unfortunately, the sizing was not quite right, so I contacted them AGAIN and within hours got a response offering to send me the next size free of charge. This is customer service!!

I purchased 3 tank tops and received 2 free. This package suited my budget and gave me many lovely colors to complement my wardrobe. Unfortunately, despite using the size chart, each one was too small to wear. I contacted customer service about my situation. The team was responsive and friendly. They offered to send my preferred size without any hassle. My experience has been positive and I have no complaints with Avelea’s customer service. I am hoping the next size larger works for me.
