I really question Trust Pilot here, which is sad. How could 12% 1 star and 2% 2 star reviews actually come out as a 4.5 total?? Especially when the complaints are about return issues and poor quality product? These numbers are off.

Hi Violetta, We understand you’re questioning how the Trustpilot rating is calculated. That said, your review doesn’t mention a personal experience with an Avulea order. We also couldn’t find any order or previous contact from you in our records. If you’ve actually purchased from us and had an issue, please send us your order number and we’ll be happy to look into it. If your concern is specifically about how Trustpilot calculates its overall rating, that would be something to raise with Trustpilot directly. Thank you! AVULEA TEAM

I ordered this in my usual size but it bulged at the armpits and hiked up at the hips. They sent me another size and it was looser but did the same. I am not impressed. The fabric is fine, but the edges are unstitched and there is no way to keep the top from sliding up if you have any hips at all. I received a refund and a replacement for a larger size, but NO. Still doesn't work. I can't recommend this tank top.

The product is cheaply made, takes FOREVER to ship, and runs a bit small ... not the best for properly holding in fuller breasts. It might be fine for smaller-chested women. It's expensive for what it is. Combined with initial shipping and return shipping costs, this company's tank top w/a built-in bra is definitely NOT worth taking a chance on! I wish I hadn't!!!

I was expecting the replacement items to be a size Large. However, I received the same size in Medium, which is too small. Please tell me how to return and exchange the three items. I’d really like to try these instead of having to wear a bra. Thank you. Jo Lynn Wilson

I need to return the bra tanksI ordered and received. I started emailing from the contact portion of the Avulea website and from my personal email. I have not received a response as of yet. I started emailing through the website on the day I received my bra tanks. I had read the Money back, no questions asked in the shopping site . Then I read the policy return from the same website the next day. I feel totally misled. The return policy gives instructions that totally contradict the "no questions asked" claim. I just want to return the bra tanks. all 4 of them.

I ordered three tanks. I only tried on one. Even those I followed sizing instructions exactly, the item was much too small and very uncomfortable. So I requested a return. It too multiple email and almost a week before I got a response. Then the process was complicated. I do not intend to get a replacement order because if a return is necessary again, I don’t want to have to go through that process again. I don’t know yet if it will be approved.

I ordered 2 comfort tank bra tops. I did this in March and unfortunately I waited until the summer to wear them. So, the 45-day warranty had passed. I had tried it on quickly and it fit However, within an hour of wearing it I felt something rubbing under my armpit. Both underarms were unraveling. I immediately contacted Avulea and told them when I bought them and what the problem was. I quickly got a response from Margaret (sounds like all reps call themselves Margaret per feedback!). She requested photos. I promptly sent them. Then she asked me what size and color replacement I’d like. I responded to this second request. Then , her third request was she requested email and order #. I had to go back in my files to get this. Then, after I complied with all her requests, I was told the warranty period had lapsed. Why put me through all those hoops? I had said from the get go when I purchased the tops. I am upset because, yes, the warranty period expired BUT the product was obviously defective. Lesson learned - buy from a known company that backs up products.
