I really wanted this product to work, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. The tank fit true to the size I ordered. However, as a 42D, I found that when I sat down, the lightly formed bust pads rode up toward my chin instead of staying in place. As a result, my breasts fell below the pads, leaving me with little to no support and making the tank completely ineffective for my needs. Because of this, I would not recommend this product to women with a larger, heavier bust. The delivery experience was also frustrating. The third-party delivery service used by the company did not have my street in its GPS system, despite my community being established for several years. Customer service was very responsive when reassuring me that my package would arrive, but once the delivery issue arose, I was expected to do the legwork of resolving the problem with the carrier myself. The carrier was difficult to contact, and it took numerous phone calls and emails before the issue was finally corrected and my package was delivered. After all that effort, I was disappointed to discover that the product did not work for me anyway. I am grateful that I purchased only one. Between the delivery difficulties and the lack of support for a larger bust, this was, in my opinion, a waste of money.

I ordered a package of 3 of your bras, they are too tight and too hot. I live in Florida. I received them in a bag with no papers and I am unable to return them. DO NOT BUY - it’s a scam. Their advert said - ~ Wide comfort straps Built in reliable support v No back band and no underwire v Long enough and doesn't ride up • Smooths & shapes the body ~ Easy pull-on design v Full coverage support Soft stretch fit As others have said, I asked for the promised refund - they advertise a 45 day money back guarantee - and was told first that they would like to send another size, which I declined, then told I must pay postage as the item isn’t faulty (it is! It doesn’t do what’s advertised!). They also offered 30% off if I keep it. I told them as soon as I opened the package that I would be returning them, but did try wearing one for a little while. The cups are sewn in, that’s true, but completely ineffective and may as well not be there. They charged £35 each for these, claiming that was a discount from £70. They are not worth a fiver. I bought similar from Temu for about £4 and it was better!

Ordered a set of 3XL tank tops, per your sizing chart. While wearing, the tank slipped up when raising my arms over my head. Avulea sent me a set of 2XL - same problem. I cannot wear these and since they are worn, I can't return them. The sewn-in cups are just too flat (I normally wear a DDD) and don't hold the breasts in place.

The shirt is again too small, despite measuring for your sizing. Again, the fabric is unacceptable and has an offensive odor. This is a scam, they won’t refund my money.

This tank top feels like wrapping myself in saran wrap, and then it rolled up during the few hours I tried it. I then wanted to return it and was pleaded with to simply try another size in exchange and forget a refund. Repeatedly. I did get prompt responses but they became like a broken record with no options for return. I was told I would have to pay shipping because there was nothing "wrong" with the product. I think being wrapped in plastic is wrong but even though I am willing to pay shipping to get rid of these unwanted pieces, I have yet to receive an informational email about how!

After trying on this product and not liking it for several reasons, I wrote an email to their customer service support address to request a full refund and return instructions. I am now sending my 4th request for a full refund as their customer service representative keeps trying to get me to either exchange or keep the product for a partial refund rather than provide the instructions for the return so I can get a full refund. I find this completely maddening as I have made it quite clear I don’t want their bra. It was too small, I don’t like the feel of the fabric and the fabric is not environmentally friendly. So I don’t want a replacement or a partial refund, I want a full refund as offered in their original advertisement. This company will stall repeatedly trying to avoid sending you back the refund price. I will never order from this company again and suggest caution when ordering from them.
