First of all, I want to say that the customer service (CS) representative, Margaret, whom I worked with did her best to help me and always answered in a timely manner. My star rating for her is 5 stars *****. Now for the top…I give it no stars. I initially ordered one according to the size chart. It was a large (L). Ordered July 16. Finally received on August 5. It was very small. The arm holes in particular. They were so small that the bra piece sat on my chest and would not go any lower. So, I discussed the issue with CS and we agreed to get the next size up, XL. That was on August 5. I finally received my replacement today, August 19. Although the armholes are a little bigger, they are still so tight that it digs into my armpits. It also makes the bra piece ride up terribly and makes my boobs squish out of the bottom because of this. The top is made of an elastic type material. Sort of like a competition swimsuit is the best way I can put it. It’s hot and uncomfortable. This is the worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased. In summary, the shipping process is very slow and flawed, the top is horrible but CS was great. However, I will NEVER purchase from Avulea again.

What made the experience great was the quick response to my exchange question. The support team emailed me within 24 hours of my question. The response identified a quick, no hassle exchange that would be sent out immediately. Plus, they didn't want me to send the wrong size back. That's No Hassle. I'm looking forward to getting and wearing my new tank tops.

If I could give them a Cero star, I would. I honestly believe this company scams seniors citizens, I order ONE item…seconds later I end up with 3 orders! I tried to call NO PHONE anywhere!!, send email and got Susan and Margaret that are probably AI. Many emails back and forth, and got frustrated and cancelled my whole order. Margaret said they could not cancel, BUT said DECLINE the order. I immediately put a sign outside my gate, Declining every package. Also be aware they don’t use regular UPS, FED EX, etc, they use an Unknown company GOFO who sends texts to your email without mentioning the Company they are delivering from. And when you see a tracking message shows China airport, China Mainland, etc I found a phone number, I called the place and they can not provide the name of the company. In my case they said they delivered a package, show a picture but left no package! Maybe they read my sign and removed the package, don’t know, my sign is still there. I am disputing this with my credit card!!!! Be Aware☝️

The shirts I order were too small. They replaced them with a larger size & I didn't even have to send them back.

I ordered the wrong size and reached out for instruction on exchange; I was contacted back within 24 hours! Beyond that, since it was my first order, I was provided the same item at the correct size, and allowed to keep my original item anyway! I now have a wonderful gift for a friend who's recuperating from a difficult surgery!

I was beginning to think this was a scam company because it took so long to get here. Then it didn't fit. I decided to try and contact them. Was messaged back right away. The offered to send me a new tank in the right size and told to keep the first one. Very quick service

This was my first order placed with Avulea.com I received my order quickly and I found that I needed a different size exchange. I reached out to customer service and received wonderful and very prompt assistance. Avulea.com is an exceptional company to do business with. Their customer service team is top notch.
