First time ordering and needed to exchange for another size. Responded to my request immediately and sent the other size and received quickly. Pleased with the service and item I ordered. Would definitely order again.

I received my order and they were too small. I emailed Margaret and she very quickly resolved the issue by resending the right size. It is great working with her. Linda Parker

I ordered these hoping that they could make my life easier, and guess what I ordered the wrong size... Margeret helped me to get the correct size in a fast amount of time. This is a terrific company with Great people working for them. Now I will order the last 3 colors I didn't order before, and that will be great. Thanks for everything. T

This was the first time I this company. Unfortunately, the size that I selected was not a good fit. To my astonishment, the customer service rep had told me that they would replace the items with the proper size and then I could absolutely keep the incorrectly sized ones as well. I thought this was extremely generous, and I also felt that the person that was servicing me was very knowledgeable and very, very well mannered and willing to help me.

I ordered the wrong size initially but customer service( Margaret) replaced the items and was good about communicating with me.

Very understanding and helpful. I couldn't get in to pay due to SHOP wanting verification and then not being able to verify due to time frame of passcode. Avulea waited and held my order for some days, until this was completed. Now, I need to exchange sizes and am being helped thru this process. Very user friendly. It feels like the way things 'used to be'.

Avulea has been a great company to work with. The items I bought ran small and I was able to get them replaced no questions asked. The shipping and delivery timeline is a bit lengthy but eventually I wound up with a product that I'll be able to use. The customer service provided by Margaret and Susan was outstanding!

They were extremely nice. the Camis' I ordered were too small, they are resending me my order in a larger size. I appreciate that plus they told me I did not have to return the small cami's.. Actually they seem like just what I am looking for. If this new larger size fits like i think it will I will order many more. '
