Very prompt attention to my matter.

I ordered five tank tops as a gift for my girlfriend. She loved the fabric and colors but unfortunately the tops were smaller than expected. Custom service was very helpful and a replacement order was being processed at no charge in just a few days. Very impressive service!

The products is really comfortable. The customer service is the best that I’ve seen on the market. They answered rapidly and filled my expectations. Thanks to Avulea by sharing their talents and inspiration with us.

Timely response to my exchange request!

I ordered 3 of the bra tanks and while I could get them on, they didn't fit exactly right. Margaret from Avulea got back to me right away and said there would be no problem exchanging them for the next larger size, and I didn't even have to return the originals! Thank you Margaret and Avulea for the easiness of making things right and making sure I had a great shopping experience!

Excellent and timely response to my size issue. Thank you Margaret for your assistance.

The tank I bought was way too small. I got it over my head and that's where it stayed. I couldn't get one arm in. I ordered a large, same size I always were and matched their measurements. I just wrote my 7th email. No one has contacted me yet.

Good quick customer service regarding exchanges!
