She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to navigate. We truly appreciated her quick communication and friendly attitude. Great customer service from start to finish!

The emails I get are always received at the same time every day, which helps me plan my day around taking payments. The links always work and when a "card" gets rejected, we get a paper check sent to us. My responsibilities have become much less stressful since I do not have to worry about the majority of our payments.
